Mangold is good but below both of them, I do agree Del Toro and Raimi are on the same level but I personally prefer Sam Raimi's horror films overall. I think Spider-Man 1 and 2 are better than Del Toro's Blade 2 which was good too

I agree both are the best directors to be attached to comic books, with the best trilogies overall. Still, I think the gap is wide between their third film only.

I can't say i am a fan of Zack Snyder's directing style, as he makes a lot of mistakes but i would say that despite it's flaws i have seen his films multiple times. I still like Man of Steel but it suffers from the same issue as Batman vs. Superman, it gets worse upon each viewing. I'll watch...

I'd say that both Age of Ultron and Guardians of Galaxy Vol. 2 are underrated. I give the edge to Whedon because he also has writing credits in other films and shows.

I still haven't seen it, and i think the film is ok overall but i like it less and less after every rewatch.

It depends if it's dark done well such as Daredevil and The Dark Knight trilogy or something pretending to be dark like Batman vs. Superman. I think films like Logan and Civil War do a good work in being both fun and serious at the same time.

Just watched Batman vs Superman theatrical cut today, and it was ok overall. Plenty of good moments but also some weak ones like the Martha scene and Lex Luthor's entire screentime. 6.5/10 - Will watch extended cut next year.
