What Happened?

I loved this league. I was one of the original members of the league. I assume others lost interest and life got in the way. Shame, this was fun as hell. Would love if someone started this back up again.

It was awesome. I played in the first two seasons, came back for a later season but had to drop out at some point. I think interest just fell off. I'd love to see it up and running again, but I wouldn't have time to play.

I had a blast doing this. I played the first couple of years and then life prevented me from being a daily participate on SHH so I wasn't able to do it anymore. I really enjoyed hearing some of the ideas people had for their teams.

That was a fun original crew. While I wouldn't have time to do it again, I often read comics and think "huh, I'd pick that guy up in the DTL."

It was a fantasy league where you drafted a team of comic characters. Then each week you'd face someone and give a detailed write up on why you would win. I was in the first two or three seasons back a decade ago and had a ton of fun. Looks like real life got in the way

I don't think those words work together, Schlosser. Or maybe my brain's just not heightened enough to comprehend the depth of what you just said.

You know, of all the games we used to play on this site, this is what I miss the most. This and the Contest of Marvels that I used to host. I still read comics and see a character that I think, "I'd like to have that guy in DTL."
