Here's a modernism war-mission patriotism GI Joe (Hasbro/Marvel/Hollywood) fan-fiction, inspired by the recent movie G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra. Thanks so much for reading,

The world was commerce, and symbolic global companies signifying travel and traffic such as Aer Lingus (Ireland's national airline!) represented a use of capitalism to promote peace and anti-terrorism. This was the world of globalization, and it needed defense.
Isaac Satan was an Algerian-American Ivy League (Dartmouth College) graduate and CIA recruit who worked in Belfast (Northern Ireland) with P-IRA (Provisional Irish Republican Army) to bring Protestant-Catholic deformities to Parliamentary attention to erase inter-religious neglect created by Israel-Palestine petroleum politics that had blinded the world to problems of religious divisions outside the Middle East.
Tom Cruise was the American super-celebrity and CIA intelligence operative making patriotic films of espionage symbolism such as Mission: Impossible and American Made. He was the ultimate media diplomats of modernism values and imagination and worked with anti-terrorism initiatives designed to promote consumerism and entertainment as a lifestyle-vehicle to dilute the global interests in anti-governance rhetoric. He was a real media commander.
Isaac Satan and Tom Cruise worked alongside each other under the American government as the main 'characters' in the secret paramilitary unit known as G.I. Joe. The mission of the 'Joes' was to stop anti-capitalism terrorism be it in the form of 9/11 or Black Friday massacres in the Middle East meant to convey a global hostility towards consumerism and media. The Joes had many agents, some in media and some in the service sector or educational fields and some women but all equally committed to the defense of democracy and capitalism securities in this new era of globalized capital and trade and traffic.
Enter the Hydra super-terrorist organization mastermind, the mad and evil scientist Dr. Mindbender. This experimenter in Eugenics and mind-control sought to use media labyrinths and pirate communications to hypnotize the world into submission with forms of sensual hypnosis and fascist fury. He wished to create a legion or 'army' of drones that would supercede the two main terrorist groups ISIS and Cobra. Mindbender's inventive group Hydra wanted to use media to scandalize and then dismantle the heroic G.I. Joes who'd do everything possible to defend capitalism-totems such as Aer Lingus. Mindbender was therefore either the Devil himself or the AntiChrist himself.
Mindbender kept at his side Cobra defector female sentinels whom he called his Sirens. The Sirens of Mindbender were assigned to seduce and draw the G.I. Joes away from their global capital mission and become mindless minions of the Hydra organization. Mindbender's Sirens often dressed in 'old-school' Cobra uniforms but were sent to infiltrate Joe strongholds all over Europe and the Middle East and the Far East with one express intention --- to turn paramilitary crusaders into photo-slaves of the flesh!
Even Cobra Commander, the helmeted gargoyle ex-leader of the villainous once prominent world terrorist group Cobra was hypnotized by Dr. Mindbender and turned into his personal 'butler' of evil and darkness! Cobra Commander was designing various eco-terrorism plots with Mindbender's Sirens to destabilize the Trump Administration's grip on energy policy competitiveness with OPEC and the Middle East. Cobra Commander had become a knight of Hydra.
Therefore, the future held great promise as well as intrigue for the various 'characters' of G.I. Joe, Cobra, and other capitalism defenders and sentinels now finding themselves in the elaborate 'net' of Hydra and Dr. Mindbender. This was a mission to see the true resolve of modern civilization and measure commercial vanities against the reality of new era super-fascism and mind-control machinations. Would G.I. Joe and Cobra history and its symbolic weight prevail over the dioramas of Dr. Mindbender?
Even Isaac Satan (G.I. Joe code-name --- 'Snake-Eyes') was almost tempted and drawn away from his capitalism mission by the nefarious Dr. Mindbender who offered to turn the heroic underground operative into a Cobra-veiled hatted 'agent' of espionage in the Middle East, trying to destabilized Israel-Palestine obsession while drawing more money towards Protestant-Catholic troubles in the UK all the while fooling Snake-Eyes into actually becoming a Hydra 'slave' of new era dystopian operations!
If the 'old order' of the G.I. Joes would prevail over the integrated Cobra sentinels and minions and sirens and Hydra was to be diluted or dissolved, Isaac Satan and Tom Cruise would need to find more and more creative and ingenious ways to turn anti-terrorism rhetoric into workable modern Stanford plans (e.g., Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation of Anti-Environmental Warfare!).
