It's weird. Like I dislike a lot of the places in this country that have made Trump possible, but I would never wish "punishment" on them like this. Especially during times of great need. I guess that's one of the big differences between the "two sides".

That is exactly the difference. The regressive party is all too happy to see others suffering where as the progressive side of the political spectrum is not salivating at the thought of millions of the opposition suffering from something needlessly.

I am so utterly defeated at this point that I’d be open to seceding if the west coast states decided to. Like at what point does the federal government continue to push back against these states that literally help support many of the red states before they finally just say “peace out”? It's so deranged for the literal embodiment of the Antichrist to accuse Joe Biden, a devout Catholic, if he became President there "would be no God."

I have no problems with people who practice religion, but I draw the line with people who proselytize (like Anne Graham Lotts) and/or incorporate their religion with their political ideology to suppress and disenfranchise other people.

Something I've been thinking a lot about this year: I heard a saying about how God says not to be mad at people who do wrong for they know not what they are doing, something like that. But that's exactly the problem, they know exactly what they're doing and they just flagrantly don't care, that's what pisses me off the most.
