That's awesome. Damn, I love Mando's second armor set. I got the Black Series figure for it, and I hope to get the Hot Toys sixth scale version some day.

I love grabbing the black series. Not perfect, but they are great for their price range. I want me a Hot Toys Mando so bad. Honestly, not sure which armor I'd go for though. I love them both, for different reasons.

Me too! It’s crazy to think that baby Yoda was never leaked beforehand and it was only at the end of that first episode what a mini phenomenon he became.

They must feel the pressure to top that by the end of this first episode.

When I went to the press junket for Season 1 in October 2019, one of the scenes they showed was the Mudhorn fight. All the footage and images of The Child in that scene were removed at the junket.

So did they show the Mudhorn suspended ? Or just cut to him stabbing it?

Love that he got a removable helmet figure.
But that face is a disaster!
Now we know the helmet rule is there for a reason , ....THIS IS NOT THE WAY!

Otherwise it's a pretty great figure, as far as accessories

No. It cut right after the Mudhorn started charging him and Mando was holding his knife out as a feeble last ditch effort. So you never see the creature getting suspended and stabbed.

They showed the intro to the scene. Mando walking to the lair. Checking his equipment, walking inside the lair and getting bashed out of it and fighting it for a bit. But all the Child parts were removed or trimmed out.

I'd wager he won't be shown until the second half of the season and then lead into a matchup in season 3. Just my reasonable speculation since.

I'm not too hung up on Boba's role in Season 2. I don't want to be disappointed. Plus, I was never happy with the backstory he was given in the prequels anyway. Sort of soured me on the whole thing.

Let's not forget, a lot of people convinced themselves Boba Fett was showing up in the first season, and he never did.

Greef Karga is on borrowed time since he was supposed to be killed off midway through season one, and Carl Weathers has a Sean Bean-esque way of playing characters who get killed. Apollo Creed, Dillon in Predator, Chubbs in Happy Gilmore...
