They really need a villain this time that can challenge her. She was too powerful in Endgame for me, without the Power Stone Thanos would have been dead.

I’m thinking and hoping Cap Marvel trilogy will follow in the footsteps of Cap America’s. First movie was set in the past, second movie made the character sky rocket in popularity, and third one deal with the current state of the Avengers. Instead of the new avengers movie, have Falcon, Spider-Man, Strange, whomever, star in it similar to Civil War

Well for me as a guy it’s just part of being a mature person. If someone can give us a quality movie I don’t care if they are a man or a woman, and MacLaren certainly has pedigree.

Seems a bit soon to be doing Secret Invasion. I'm guessing it can be nowhere near as extensive as the comics version. Maybe like Civil War, which was really Civil Skirmish, this won't be a full-scale invasion but maybe just one or two people swapped out.

I recall reading somewhere one time back that Secret Invasion would be one of those multi-media spanning arcs, and the next Captain Marvel movie would just be the start of that arc.

I expect Teyonah Parris will feature as adult Monica Rambeau in the sequel as well. Parris probably expanding on her appearance in WandaVision. Megan Mcdonnell who wrote the script for this sequel was also a staff writer on WandaVison which is rumored to introduce SWORD to the MCU.

Possible reunion with Nick Fury now that he may be involved with Sword.
