Coronavirus outbreak

Agreed, but unfortunately that’s how these things go... :csad:
Maybe we could get a variant that eats the original Covid-19 virus. Wouldn’t that be something?
A cannibal strain! Yes, then the virus is the one who would have to wear a mask and distance for the next couple of years and read websites nervously.

I'm not saying it is, and I'm not entirely sure about the credibility of conspiracies, but does anyone think that this virus was manufactured, or more specifically, do we have the means to manufacture something like this? If the answer to the second question is yes, then I propose the answer to the first question might also be yes.

Why you might ask? Because it's the quickest and cleanest way to reduce the population. I could go into a conspiracy rant here, and generally I laugh at them (especially ones revolving around the earth being flat, and the royal family being reptilian aliens etc) but if this viral outbreak was intentional, it would ... make sense.

It's no secret that there's a lot of people on this little blue planet, and our numbers (up until 2020 at least) have been increasing. It's only a matter of time before there's too many of us, and not enough of the planet and it's respective resources.

It would be unethical to impose child tax, or a means by where families were limited to one or two children per (how do you even police that?); didn't China even try that a few years ago? Obviously it didn't last long. If there's one way to reduce a population it's through a viral outbreak that targets the old and vulnerable, and it would only need a small number of skilled people behind it to make it happen.

Again, I'm not saying this is the case, would such a thing be possible if we wanted it to be, and then if such is possible, why couldn't that actually be happening?

If this was a man made attempt for reducing the population, it would be a damn sight better at killing people than the 2 million which have died since the virus began in late 2019.

Also if population reduction was the goal, you’d want people of child bearing age dying. Not the elderly.
Indeed, why even kill? If the virus rendered the infected sterile, way more efficient...

Would it though? Viruses take time to move about, though granted this one got from China to the rest of the globe within some 3months.

If a virus suddenly emerged that targeted only the young, I think there's be a lot more questions asked. There's a certain logic to the vulnerable and elderly dying, for their immune system isn't as strong.

Indeed, why even kill? If the virus rendered the infected sterile, way more efficient...
Again, there's more eyebrows raised in this instance, and potentially more risk of things going wrong. In this instance, if the wrong people contracted the virus and were rendered infertile...

It's also been about a year since some Hypesters were defending Desantis and villifying Jones.

And this is still going on because Desantis has the knuckledragging head up their ass demo on lock.

Just got my vaccine and I didn't turn into a zombie or anything crazy. Arm is little sore but other than that I feel good. It was a drive thru process and I was impress how fast they were moving the lines. After the shot I had to sit in my car for 20 minutes before I could leave. Next shot is on Feb 15th.
