If it does have extras, there aren't many (It's been a while since I watched them). Maybe an interview with Bob Skir. I remember the old Beast Wars sets skimped on the extras too.

I hope there are extras on it. Also hope we get season 2 and 3 together as one 4 disc set. I also want to get Beast Machines on DVD .

The special features are all new and you've got your wish Season 2 and 3 are indeed together as a 4 disc set.

Technically Airzazor and Tigertron were merge into Tigerhawk and their sparks became one with the Matrix (Allspark) when they died.

I picked up the comic. Looks to be a retelling of the series, so the first issue was a lot of set up. A lot more backstory than what we got in the pilot. The comic essentially ends with the crash. Still, good set up. And the author is promising surprises, and Dinobot will get a bigger arc at the start it seems.
