Once again just so everyone knows, no one from the show ever said there will be a Luke level cameo, they simply said there would be a similar circumstance where a suprise character makes an appearance which could very well have been Evan Peters.

By similar circumstance to Luke's appearance, they especifically said

If it is Peters, I think it's stupid to hype it like a Luke type of cameo when this has leaked a very long time ago.

And Bettany said the secret actor he always wanted to share scenes appears at the end. He interacts with Peters before that.

Anyway, it's not something fans are hyping out of nowhere. Especially when there's still questions about who Ralph is, who Monica's guy is and Fietro's true origin.

I was looking forward to CM2 regardless but that will take the hype levels up that much more.

but it was poorly handled, Photon should have gotten a movie with a 180m budget!

I mean I know you are being sarcastic here, ***inserts acts surprised.gif**, do I even think a character like Photon warrants her solo movie? I don't think so. You don't see me begging Marvel to do a Psylocke movie or a Rogue movie. Monica is already going to appear in Captain Marvel 2 (hopefully with a proper superhero costume similar in the comiXs). So I think I'll just looking forward to seeing her there.

And I'm hoping she gets more character development in that movie as well.

Of course she wouldn't. But there are other answers she could give without fully confirming there's a Luke Skywalker level of surprise when the question especifically mentions how they menaged to keep that a secret until the very last second.

I mean if it wasn't spoiled the first crossover character from the Multiverse appearing in an MCU project is a pretty big deal. No ones saying she's blaming anyone, and the likelyhood of her knowing every leak that's come from the show is 0. She either says "Yes there's a big cameo!" Which we had or "Theres a character that I've seen rumors of which may or may not be true!" Which would have sent people not aware of the spoiler to go hunting for it, and ruin the suprise.

There's Bettany's comments, Olsen's comments and the assumption of Doctor Strange connections cause of Multiverse of Madness. The fandom is for sure gonna debate all that and build the extreme hype expectation.

There's been way too much click bait then usual going on the internet though. These Marvel shows give YouTubers and think pieces so much weekly ammo to twist and spread false info. They're wrong pretty much on a daily basis and getting way more views since the show is so huge.

my comment was a joke, lol.
I like the character, but Im not a fan of her specially. I mean, its nice to see a new heroine in MCU, but to me she is that.... just another powered being set in this world (more or less like the ones in Agents of Shield).

The big league to me, from the new ones waiting to debut, are SheHulk and Spiderwoman.
Once they are introduced in this same world, I will be complete.
Scarlet Witch, Wasp, Captain Marvel, SheHulk and Spiderwoman all at the same time?

I'm mostly eXcited to see comic book accurate costumes for once, and not cosplay-ish costumes seen in Apocalypse that weren't even seen again.

I also want to see a fierce Danger Room scene filled with action.

Holograms are more fun but robots will probably be less likely to elicit a sympathetic reaction from the audience when the xmen destroy them. Plus there’s a chance for comedy there. Of course, you can have both, holograms with robots to destroy

Holograms are cool but I don't mind if the Danger Room has actual solid objects. It could be both.

I'm also intrigued how the set of the Danger Room, Cerebro and the Subbasement would look different from the foX movies.

And they should use the name Blackbird for the jet.

I would like the original Danger Room how it was first depicted, with them doing obstacle courses that pertain to their power set. Then it can involve into holographic scenarios.

Also Xavier and the team meeting in the planning room before missions. Also Xavier telepathically speaking with the team via cerebo while their in the field or in the jet you know how his head will appear to them...

I'm fine with getting a Fantastic Four movie first. Deadpool 3 in the mcu though, its just... eh. I'd watch it just because I've seen every Marvel film but I wish that wasn't happening anymore. Like I don't look forward to Ryan Reynolds cranking up jokes with other MCU actors, and the MCU is prettybad in comedy/humour imo.

I’m ready for the big wait to get the best X-Men experience we can get. I’m also excited for F4 finally being done right and expect that to happen first. Feige should have fallen flat on his face with the first Avengers, nevermind Civil War, Infinity War and Endgame. That he’s managed to keep the MCU going strong after so many films and develop major payoffs after so much buildup bodes very well for the future of X-Men and mutants, and the added weapon of Disney + means he has even more tools at his disposal to launch and develop X- Men in ways that will be great for fans. This is a world apart from the conditions that the first X-Men film faced in 2000 in an uncertain landscape post B&R and with last minute budget-stripping execs who didn’t believe in it.
