Geez it really was such a great flick. Can’t wait for the next one. It ranks alongside the mummy for sheer rewatchability

Okay, I FINALLY saw this movie.

Pretty fun, and just some beautiful CGI. I heard some "meh" reactions from people, but I have to say, I enjoyed it. It was very much a DC Comics movie, and not a DCEU film. That's a high praise for it. They dove into the ridiculousness of it, and hit the ground running. They didn't hesitate, and they didn't apologize for it being based off of a comic book the way I felt they tried to do with Man of Steel.

As a longtime Aquaman mocker and someone who clearly had very little interest in seeing this film, I have to say it was awesome. A solid 8/10 for me.

Recently rewatched this and its still a fun film. Corny at times but everything they pulled off was great. All the characters were enjoyable, Arthur is 10x more likable in this then he is in any JL film.

Still wish that The Trench werent such a big part of the film as they'd make great sequel villains or that Arthur can communicate with them.

Same! Rewatched it today having not seen it since watching it in the cinema. There are only a couple of things I would change:
1/ The use of that criminal version of Africa
2/ Mera randomly playing the flute
3/ One music cue was overplayed... particularly when Orm said "Ocean Master". Like a "DUH-DUH-DUUUUUUUUH" sound. Reminded me of that weird wailing noise whenever WW showed up in Justice League SC.

Other than that though, it's still a solid movie and a lot of fun.
