It does seem better now. I can actually use mobile, the ads are now just taking up a quarter of the screen instead of the whole thing.

i'm sorry you're having difficulty with the ads. multiple mods have chimed in to report these to support and we are waiting to hear back.

Particularly on my mobile phone, the forums are completely unusable. That Admiral data request still pops up everytime you swap page & even if you can live with that, the screen is then flooded with advertisements.

3 times now in the last day I've gone into the politics section only to be assaulted with a full page ad that has no timer or X button. It basically hijacks the page.

We have someone looking into it. When does the ad pop up. Is it on any thread or certain ones or the main page?

Usually pops up like 10-15 seconds after the page loads. Ane at first it was in the politics section, but now it will trigger anywhere, except the main page.

I never struggled too badly but I tried browsing on my phone today and it's an absolute disaster. Unusable is right. I couldn't keep track of the posts between ads.

I normally spend most of my time here on a laptop with ad-block, but again today it's cluttered with them regardless. Has there been an update or something?

While our techs are trying to figure it out. Have you tried an adblocker?

Yeah. I noticed this. I just go <- and then do whatever I was doing. It pops up seemingly randomly, but I'm still looking for patterns.

I noticed that it was back.

Page 12 looks okay as do the others except 11 and 13. I doubt anyone would venture to bypass safety protocols, but I think someone should figure out what's going on and fix it. It's not a bad thread and maybe it's just the pages that have a weird link and triggered a warning from SHH???
