He knows something about Keoghan. Uslan tells him stuff and he has other ppl feeding him info like “I was told The Batman makes TDK trilogy look like Star Wars”. And he has hinted many times that Reeves is going for a R rating. Whether Matt gets that rating or not remains to be seen.

Ah yes i do recall him hinting something about Keoghan actually, that is true. I wonder if this will actually end up getting an R rating, but either way, I don't think WB would take it off the table. Joker was a huge success.

I remember he kinda laughed or rolled his eyes when BBT replied to him with his Barry for Mad Hatter suggestion. I’ve been getting the impression that the Mad Hatter & Firefly rumours were b.s all along, and Batgirl securing Firefly as her main villain says a lot.

But Jett did say Keoghan was not just a cop. Either that means he has ties to Riddler (a orphan who grew up in the same abusive or neglected orphanage - and has a bigger villainous role) or Merkel is a total fakeout.

What exactly does this quote mean? Could easily read as good or bad.

Yup. He was talking about the tone. This is apparently a VERY dark story. Doesn’t mean there won’t be levity or heart (Reeves always brings that to the table). But I think it’s not as big and fun. Maybe child abuse will play into this or sex trafficking, prostitution? Serial killer **** right? No scenes where kids are playing hand guns in the back of cars while Batman blows up some stuff down the street. That kind of thing.

TDK trilogy, even with it's high quality, still is a blockbuster trilogy. Nolan knew it very well, thankfully we got someone talented to do it.
I'm all in for a darker take, The Batman looks like it will be, but you know, Warner, Batman, toys, blah blah :whatever:

I mean if we’re being real here that Bus will likely be on screen for less than a few seconds and probably out of focus in the background - I doubt it means Flash is stopping in Battinson’s world, but who knows?
