Financially broke Falcon with no super powers facing off against a mutated forehead.

Her character is named after a brand of humus dip?

Seriously tho a superpowered 5' 2" 90 pound wisp of a girl kicking ass is going to infuriate a certain part of the fanbase and that might be funny at least. Let's do this.

Turns out I've been pronouncing Sabra's name wrong all these years. Whoopsie.

I feel like introducing a character who works as an agent of the Mossad and used to dress like she was Captain Israel in the comics is somewhat likely to get a bunch of people up in arms for either being too critical of the state/government of Israel or not critical enough depending on how they portray her. I wonder how they'll handle her and what the response will be...

They could still make her represent Israel in the MCU without making her a former Mossad agent. With the actress who plays her being short in stature, Sabra's background in the MCU could be the fact that she's a former gymnast and represented Israel in the sport. Now she could also be an agent without working for Mossad instead working for Interpol. In real life, both Israel and Palestine are members of Interpol and could be members of Interpol in the MCU as well. I don't know if they will introduce her as an ex-Gymnast for Israel turned Interpol Agent, but it would be a less controversial way to introduce her and still keep her Israeli identity.

They could always have her be a sword agent.

On one hand, finally glad that they're bringing him back. On the other... why in a Captain America movie, and as the main villain no less? Unless Jen Walters and Bruce Banner are involved, this is a confusing choice.

I just don't get this MCU anymore. I really don't. I don't even think they do at this point.

Julius Onah speaks of a "new set of adversaries", so definitely sounds like Leader won't be the only villain.

The one thing that is absolutely compulsory for me is Sam continuing to use Redwing, no way should it get neglected. :D

Based on this I was gonna suggest whether the Leader might be working with a group like the Intelligencia to create a "New World Order"

I guess now depending on how She-Hulk ends that could either become highly likely, or could be almost ruled out completely. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Now the rumor is that both She-Hulk and Hulk will have a role to play which makes sense since this will feature The Leader but I’m hoping that they will be small roles to set up World War Hulk because I want this to squarely focus on Sam as Cap. I was hoping for more like Winter Soldier and less like Civil War at least for Sam’s first Captain America film.

Same here, I want this to be a Sam Wilson movie and not an quasi-Avengers sequel.

With Sam being the new Cap, who becomes the new Falcon? But also I wonder if Bucky The Winter Soldier if he ends up showing up in this film as well?

Or other characters like John Walker or Allegra or Yelena Belova

I guess my only issue with this rumor is that Mr. Hurt would've turned 72 this year. Harrison Ford is 80 years old. Would casting someone older be the solution? (Then again, if we ignore his Endgame cameo and assume he survived the blip then he is meant to look older I guess).

The only way I'm seeing this going is we see Ford as Secretary Ross (President? Vice President? Senator? Years have gone by already) in this movie for a limited time on screen. Because of The Leader's shenanigans he becomes Red Hulk by the end of the movie, coming back to screens a couple months later in The Thunderbolts (probably revealing him on the final trailer of that movie).
And I can see Red Hulk sacrificing himself not long after that. Whether it's on Thunderbolts, Kang Dynasty, Secret Wars or the (now more possible than ever) World War Hulk movie.

A millions of dollars, no long term contract for some days on set and mostly voice acting (come on, he's not doing mo-cap)? Yeah, I see Ford saying yes to that.

It seems other scoopers are backing up this claim as well, so it seems like this may potentially be legit.

But yea with Leader as the villain, it seems like the only reason they would bring Ross back (and with a notable actor to boot) is to use Red Hulk. And for Ford, I'd imagine this is an easy paycheck for a one and done movie.

My idea for a replacement for William Hurt was Stephen Lang. Lang is 70, so not a massive age gap between him and Hurt.

Why would they replace an actor who died, with an actor that is much older? Sure Harrison Ford is no ordinary 80 year old guy…but the risk of him being not able to work because of signs of age are higher, than for probably Stephen Lang.

If Thunderbolt Ross is flying into a mission with any of the Thunderbolts and doesn't like one of them or they don't obey his orders, he can always say:
