Something else I'm looking forward to is more unlockable suits. I hope all the previous ones from the first game and MM are ported over but I also want the rest of the movie costumes we haven't gotten yet. Raimi Black Suit has gotta be a guarantee but I also want to see the Raimi and Webb proto-suits, the TASM2/NWH Garfield suit, and especially the final Tom Holland suit from NWH. That's also not counting ones from ATSV. I know we've literally seen all of these via PC mods but us console players need some of that goodness.

Fantastic. Spider-Man PS4 is my favourite game of all time. Miles is also really amazing as well.

Only thing for me on this is I hope this is still Peter’s game. The demo was 75% miles and 25% peter. I want this to still focus on peter and his journey with miles being a side character. Kept wanting to switch back to peter during this demo and got so little of him.

I did notice that. I was thinking its going to be a 50/50 thing. Unless Insomniac plans to make a Miles Morales 2.

I think we'd get Miles O'Hara as the second spin off game, set in the Multiverse.

As for people complaining about the graphiX, I would say I didn't notice the graphical jump? It does look a bit cartoony in Peter Parker's segment and I'm not into cartoonish look. I also don't like the hud. The Hud in the first game looked bad and they kept it here. The rest though look amazing.

Hmm this screenshot is giving me miXed feelings.

The new one looks okay but the first one looks more photorealistic because of the lighting. I haven't played the "newer" version of the game, and I don't plan to. But ideally, the new version should be an improvement. The hair looks better though.

I thought it all looks beautiful, on first watch I was taken aback by the lighting and detail in the giant environment, it all looks so varied. I just don't why anybody would say that, it feels like in bad faith.

Really though all I need this game to do is have symbiote Spidey rage out at Shocker like the '90s cartoon. I saw Shocker on the tablet screen, you've got Yuri doing his best Chris Barnes symbiote Spidey rage already, give it to me lol.

This is my only slight concern, but I hardly even call it one because i trust insomniac completely.

Give me a compelling story, and I'll even happily play as MJ again. Thing I loved about the first game, as Spider-verse, is that they have full run of the playground and celebrate all things Spider-man completely free of all serialized storytelling like the shows or movies.

A proper Carnage villian would be awesome. I could see Insomniac doing it although they might shy away from the whole "eating people and dismemberment" aspect of Carnage.

The best way to make something like that work would be if they treated it like Guarma in Red Dead Redemption 2. Basically a much smaller map for a portion of the story that could possibly be accessible in free roam afterwards. I wouldn't necessarily expect anything like that here but there is a plausible way to include something like that.

The PS blog described Queens as "one of the all-new playable and explorable boroughs", based on the map Kraven looked at Brooklyn is pretty much a given as one of the other boroughs, so that's a pretty huge expansion right there, impossible to say right now whether or not we'll get more than those two boroughs added, I wouldn't be surprised if they want to save Staten and/or the Bronx for the third game. As for the actual scale, I fully expect the size and shape of Queens/Brooklyn relative to Manhattan to be fudged quite a bit, since they're both dramatically larger than Manhattan in real life.

Haha, Venom is the only one who could possibly replace Trevor. This way of setting it up is cool and hopefully there is a good amount of time for them both. I would have loved some optional co-op as an extra feature too.

Switching characters in an instant is a cool feature that I rarely see in videogames that I played.

Just silly. The first game already looked great on PS4 so this is obviously better than that. Maybe the jump from the first game could have been higher but otherwise it's just very dumb exaggeration.
