Hi guys, I was just watching the old TAS episodes and happened across "Terror in the Sky".
I remembered Batman's awesome Motorcycle helmet, and was wondering if anyone had any ideas how to make something like this, what materials a person would need, etc.
I posted it over at Brotherhood of the Bat to get their info but no-ones replied so far.

Do you know of anyone whos taken a stab at that yet? Would anyone like to?
I would pay good money to get a motorcycle helmet like that, its just really cool.

Excuse my horrible attempts at a line version of the helmet, but I thought this might help outline the design of the helmet itself.
These are just tracings of the helmet from the two angles in the pics.
