What is the deal with the banker guy!? In all my life of watching game shows never has there been a more mysterious guy! FOr all i know he is watching porn in that booth and isn't really a banker! If anyone knows more about this guy please tell! OH and how is that show so popular!

Btw, the banker is mysterious. I think that they just ask some random guy every week to be him. I don't think that he is one person.

I noticed that too that sometimes he looks different but I just loved him when he didn't say anything to Howie to tell the player. I once had an entire Geometry class lesson from a substitute teacher who showed us the probability of winning a million and it is impossible! Glad to know there is another fan!t:

I think the "banker" is just the show's director in his booth. The offer amounts "the banker" comes up with can be easily generated automatically with a calculator macro constructed on Excel or another analytics package.
