4: start with an appearance shocker, sm defeats him easily and heads to the airport to see mj away as see is going to europe to further her acting studies. peter just wanting some form of companionship calls gwen and she reluctantly goes on a date. they have a good time and maybe a montage here of them on different dates showing the relationship growing, make the audiance fall in love with her too. shots of peter of doc connors working in the lab, connors explaing how he wants to find a way to grow his arm back. connors is working with a scientist named Miles Warren, who developes a crush on one his students, Gwen Stacy. gwen and peter go on a double date with gwen's friend felicia hardy and her bf cassidy. we later find out that cassidy rapes felicia this night. soon cassidy is trapped in a building and revealed to actually be a serial killer that has been plauging nyc. cassidy is captured and vows revenge against captain stacy. we now flash over to mile warren and his assistant in a lab late at night working on his cloning project, the assistant finds a hair sample from gwen stacy and accuses warren of being a stalker. warren strangles him to death and during the strugle the cast which holds the symbiote is knocked loose. the camera goes to the eyes of the symbiote as it looks for a new host and finds cassidy in his jail cell next to the shockers. the symbiote attaches and carnage is born and brakes out of jail. we hear the whispers of the symbiote talking to cassidy. the symbiote hates peter and cassidy hates captain stacy, so to hurt two birds with one stone they capture gwen. spider-man is swinging through the streets when there is a jewlery store being robbed by black cat, a chase ensuses, black cat is cut on the leg by a shard of metal and peter is clawed on the chest by her, a convo b/t the two and black cat dissapears. meanwhile we see peter and gwen on a date, he picks her up and they see a movie, when they come out it is raining and gwen wants to dance in the rain but peter calls a cab instead, they go to a club but gwen is distant because peter would not go out in the rain, so the walk out of the club (the rain having stopped now) and go on a cab ride in central park, they share a long passionate kiss just as gwen is swept out of the carrage by carage and carried to the statue of liberty. there carnage and sm begin to fight. gwen is thrown off the sol by carnage, peter sends a web down to catch her, the web catches her but snaps her neck in the process. by the time peter reals in gwen and realizes what happened carnage is gone. flash to felicia in her apartment counting the jewles and in comes carnage (the head back to show it is cassidy), he tells her she will steal jewels for him and that if she doesnt he will kill her. flash to warren in lab and plans for a gwen clone, to enhance himself he creates a jackal serum. flash to peter at gwen's funeral were he starts to talk with felicia and notices the cut on her leg, they go off and talk and it is relieved to sm that carnage is cassidy, the two decide to team up to beat him. flash to black cat on roof top with bag full or jewels, carnage comes down for his prize, then peter pops out with shocker's gloves and the electricity seperates cassidy from the symbiote. the symbiote dissapears and cassidy is arrested. a flirtatious convo then happens between sm and black cat, sm hints that maybe all will be ok. flash to doc connars in lab, he has finally found a serum to grow back limbs, he tests it on himself. the arm grows back then scales start to appear, he bends down out of the shot and we hear a rip of the lab coat, he jolts back into the camera view as the lizzard. roll credits.
