It looks like lighthearted fun and chesty nuts is a likeable lead.

Chesty Nuts is a charismatic guy and Jaina Lee Ortiz is feisty and smokin' hot, plus Rosewood's sister is funny and likable, but it was painfully by the numbers stuff. The ratings success due to being paired with Empire should give it room to improve and make the most of the characters though.

The mid-season finale was probably the best story the show has done so far and Rosie's family are very likable and give the show a light and fun dynamic.

I doubt the show will try to expand it's storytelling much but maybe this serial killer can develop into an overarching nemesis for Rosewood. I'm glad it's a success for Morris Chestnut, he's charismatic and should be a bigger star, and Jaina Lee Ortiz is just........

Jaina Lee Ortiz melted the screen in last nights ep! The show has become a fun part of my viewing with it's breezy case of the week format, a nice easy watch.

I watched it although I'm not sure why I kept up with it. It wasn't bad, it wasn't good, it just sort of was there. I was hoping they would pick up the story, maybe have a bigger arc involved but it just seemed to swim in a circle.

Right now there are too many "quirky character assists law enforcement in ways they can't even fathom" shows right now, so there were gonna be casualties.

It was enough of a stretch when Castle was doing it but then the concept went way out there with all these clones. Wouldn't mind a few more seeing the chopping block either.
