They have the same names in Mexico, except The Sandman, he's called El Arenero

Ic an do the German ones:

Spider-Man: Spider-Man (sometimes reffered to as Die Spinne wich means the spider)
Green Goblin: Der Grüne Kobold
Hobgoblin: Der Hobgoblin (Sometimes reffered to as Der Gnom wich means Gnome)
Lizard: Die Echse
Kraven the Hunter: Kraven der Jäger
Scarlet Spider: Die Rote Spinne, die Scharlach Spinne, Die Scharlachrote Spinne (last one would be the most accurate translation)
Scorpion. Der Skorpion
Proweler: Der Streuner

Vulture: Der Geier
Spider Slayers: Spinnen Killer
