First off, let me just say that i am disgusted with the fact that there will be no 'Metal Gear' and 'Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake', which show Solid snake go from rookie on his way to becoming the legend (BTW, these are games set before Metal Gear SOLID).

But, if i where to choose on who to cast for Metal Gear SOLID:

thanx! that's quite a compliment, hehe. though i DO think Bana is gettin' up there in age. if they were to make Metal Gear into a trilogy i'd like to see Snake start off as a rookie. with that in mind, another person i'd consider for Snake (a younger Snake) would be Wes Bentley...he kinda has Snake's look from MGS1. i'm not sure about his acting though...i've only seen him in American Beauty but if he were ever to get the role he'd definitely need to lift some weights.
