Iron Man: Iron Man and Civil War. His first film is still THE iconic representation of Iron Man, and he got some of his best dramatic material in CW.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier. To me, this is the one film where Cap undeniably stole the show. This movie is absolutely Steve Rogers at his best.

Thor: Ragnarok. Infinity War will be the popular option, but I think Ragnarok is still tops, as far as I'm concerned. It also helps that he actually wins in Ragnarok.

Hulk: The Avengers. To me, Whedon absolutely handled Bruce better than any other director, and honestly, from Ragnarok onwards, it feels like Ruffalo's just playing himself.

Black Widow: I'll say Winter Soldier by default.

Hawkeye: Mainly for his pep talk with Wanda.

Black Panther: Civil War. T'Challa has yet to match the level of badass that he had in CW. He is pretty much overshadowed in every other appearance, which needs to be rectified.

Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Doctor Strange: Infinity War. That's where he truly became the Sorcerer Supreme that I wanted to see in his solo film. He definitely works better as a guest star or team member than as a solo act.

Ant-Man: Civil War.
