Sequels Where are the Marvel Mob villains?

Where are characters like Kingpin, Silvermane, Hammerhead, the Rose, and Tombstone? Also other foes who started off as Maggia hitmen have not been seen so far in the movies. This is an angle that the future films could explore with lots of intrigue.

Since Captain Stacy is dead, it would help to have a police contact-- Lt. Jean DeWolff, for example (or the latest contact in the comics I believe is Asian-American).

The rights to Tombstone are tied to Punisher, and the rights to The Kingpin are tied to Daredevil and are now back with Marvel Studios proper.

I'm sure MS can concoct a new deal to offer to Sony that allows them to use MS characters for a single film at a time since we all know MS isn't going to be making any "as long as you keep making them in a certain time frame you can retain the rights forever" type deals with it's characters ever again.
