Circle of Blood has been collected a few times in TPB form. Check Amazon. It's dated, but one of my favorite Punisher stories ever and could make for a great story arc in a Punisher tv series.

it's stand alone. it's the first 5 issues of the Punisher mini series from 1987.

It's in the black and white Punisher Essentials volume 1

Seen it for like, $10 on Amazon a few times. Lot of the Spiderman appearances too.

It's worth reading, particularly for Mike Zeck's art. Pick up Return to Big Nothing if you can - it's a better story, though incredibly obvious.

The first issues of War Journal are worth a read too.
