There are definitely biases at work here. The people who are upfront about it, and say "I'm not interested because I'm a Marvel guy", or "I'm not interested because I don't like Superman", or whatever, at least they're honest about it. It's the ones who will just say "it sucks" as if it's the definitive final statement that bother me. These are the people who only see things from their point of view, and have no idea how to step outside of that. And when these people are writers, yikes...

And the guy that runs badass claims to have seen the script and his "issues" with the trailer he admits don't actually represent the movie. Just seems like clickbait for zombies, honestly.

Pop culture in general,, but specifically the CBM community has developed the most partisan and extreme hivemind over the last 3-5 years. People are less vehement about their religious and political views than they are about their media preferences.. Social networking is where it seems worst and then gets carried over to chatting to people face to face as well..

We're getting an obscene amount of awesome CB stuff,, my 10 year old self would be absolutely losing his mind right now.. But people are more concerned with trying to put their preferences above those of others.. We're getting things like AoU and BvS and they're some of the biggest films in history, people need to calm the **** down with their bias.

Agreed man, I guess if they wanna be that way I look at it as just a negative for them. It must suck to be that way all the time.

I'm friends with a few people like that. The type that hate everything from any company, no matter what. Very, very frustrating.

I hope the armored suit doesn't create a bunch of arguments for future movies over "But why didn't Batman just use an armored suit?!"

Notes:
-I'm assuming it gets destroyed by Superman or mostly does, but that doesn't mean get couldn't fix it or building a new one for future JL threats.
I like the suit, but I like regular Batman best.
I also realize I'm making a massive leap over future asinine arguments but what else is there to do

I assume the explanation for why he doesn't always use the armored suit is the same it's always been: "It just slows me down". Speed isn't going to help him against Superman, so he knows he can sacrifice that for durability. But he'll want it for his "9-5" job.

I'm so curious about the ending because the teaser seems like batman and superman will really go at it intensely. What will end up making them call a truce and eventually form the JL? Will the movie end with them earning each other's respect enough hand shake or will it even be more like a hint to Superman coming up with the idea of a group?

And where does WW fit in all this and how big will her role even be?

They start to get going sometimes like I said at the comic shop. I'm very close with the owner and staff of my shop and we all share similar opinions. So we are all excited and discussing news like we would here. And then some of these nuts come along and open their mouths and spew this crazy stuff and you're like. God damn. You could also take one look at some of these people and you're like yeah this guy lives in his mom or grandmothers basement. Mean I know, but true.

I've got a feeling to one degree or another WW gets them together. Whether it's as explicit as actually warning them about an imminent threat (i.e. Darkseid) or just generally being a peacekeeper remains to be seen but that's what I'd guess.

Yeah, for sure man. The angry irrational neckbeard lurking da interwebz is a stereotype for a reason. If I had $1 for every time I read an inflammatory and irrational post bashing DC/Marvel I'd be able to buy DC or Marvel.
