Captain America vs Cyclops:
Well, if this were the comics, it would go to Scott most of the time, due to having a pinpoint accurate mass area attack that he can riffle off super fast against an only peak human foe.
In the movies? Not so much. In one corner, we have a Cap who is considerably more superhuman than his comic counterpart, and whose shield can explicitly reflect energy attacks. In the other corner, we have a Cyclops whose skill and reflexes are unimpressive, whose firepower is kind of iffy relatively speaking, and who doesn't even clearly have his comics versions immunity to his own power.
Which is to say, unless the fight happens at a really obviously rigged distance, Scott takes a shield to the head before he can even reach his visor. And even if he could reach his visor in time, he'd probably just get his blast reflected back into his face. And even if he did manage to hit Cap at some point, based on the firepower he actually showed in the movies, he probably wouldn't take Cap out quickly anyway.
Also, wow did the Fox movies kind of screw over Cyclops. Poor guy.
