They really don't, it's kind of amazing really, here we have a show that's a live action adaptation of one of DC's most popular franchises, and people just don't give a damn, even the CW shows are getting more attention, it might be to express annoyance or disappointment but it's not the...
Yes four short instances that can be missed pretty easily and basically have nothing to do with every other scene she has.
And all she did in Far From Home was work at a homeless shelter, people make a far bigger deal of it than the movies themselves do, just another meaningless thing to pick at...
That the Symbiote who had bonded with Eddie's and considers him a friend, and risked dying to save Eddie would now just leave him for a stronger person for no reason, that Eddie would for some reason hate Peter for it even though he of all people should know how the Symbiote is, and the idea...
That just sounds convoluted.
Especially when so far Venom hasn't been much of a positive impact on Eddie's life, to the point where losing Venom somehow ruins it.
No, I said it wouldn't be interesting, because frankly it wouldn't and I stand by that because without Peter's history with the Symbiote and Eddy then all they end up as is two random dudes who meet and probably don't like each other.
So far all the ways people have said to fix this has just...
Oh wow didn't know I was back on 4chan.
No I'm fully aware they'll still put them together, I just think at this point there's no reason to try and make them fight or hate each other, it just would not make sense with this versions of the character and ultimately just be hollow.
They've...
There's just no point in it though, the way they've depicted Venom pretty much makes the it impossible to have the dichotomy between the characters that made watching them interact so interesting.
Like at best if they show up together now it'd just be a thing where they fight because of a...
The character dynamics just don't work with this version of Venom, even retconning a relationship with Garfield's doesn't do much because it's gonna be nothing but contrived that he somehow had the Symbiote and got on Brock's bad side and then like months/years later they get together and become...
Frankly if there's no point in a rivalry if Peter doesn't have any prior history with either Eddy or the Symbiote.
Their entire dynamic just doesn't work otherwise.
I fail to see why it has to, because frankly the storyline is pointless if Peter didn't bond with symbiote first and he doesn't already have a fued with Eddy.
Especially with this version Eddy Brock who's portrayed as a goofy nice guy.
