Hey guys, just wanted to make a thread for the 2020 Hype Awards and provide a quick update:

I will be doing nomination threads probably sometime the week after Christmas. I know that is a tad late, but I have been working 48-60 hours a week the past few weeks and in case anyone was not aware, the wife and I had a baby in July. She is a bundle of joy. But also time consuming lol. So between lots of work and the baby's needs....time to get this started has been minimal lol. But, my schedule will slow down sometime the week after Christmas. So, that is when we will get this show on the road!

That all said....2020 may suck....but the 2020 Hype Awards will ROCK!

Yeah, sorry about that guys but this week I have come down with severe jaw pain. Like, I cannot function type pain, so we may be looking at next week.

Just think of it as a Covid delay

Well that sounds awful man. I hope you start feeling better as soon as possible. Maybe your Brownies can give you some nice relief this weekend with a playoff win.

It's going to be a long winter, so don't worry about this kind of stuff. We love what you do with it and thus it's a nice bit of fun, but obviously not important. Get to it, when you get to it. If that is 2 months from now, not an issue. Just take care of yourself and your family.

I feel your pain. I think I have been grinding my teeth and/or clenching my jaw all day given what has been happening in DC and my jaw is also sore as hell now.

@DKDetective, I also have a bad teeth grinding and jaw clenching issue that can lead to jaw pain. Grind my teeth through the night which has led to parts of teeth being chipped off and my jaw for some reason an unusually high closing pressure which is a nightmare for my dentist.

Ouch, that sucks. I assume you have had to get a mouthguard and stuff for night. I don't normally clench my jaw or grind my teeth, but an insurrection attempting to overthrow the democratic government of the world's most powerful country in favour or neo-fascist dictatorship was pretty extraordinary.

Yes, although I can’t always sleep with it so it’s a difficult choice.

The novacaine injection was worst part, lol. Until it wore off. Now the jaw pain returns!

It is. Been sleeping on and off today. Prob going to do threads tomorrow for that reason. Pain is much more manageable today though
