Anybody here read Doomsday: Year One (1995)?

I've just finished reading Superman/Doomsday: Hunter/Prey for the first time in a few years. I've heard that D:YO fleshes out DD's history between his escape from [BLACKOUT]Krypton[/BLACKOUT] after his revenge rampage against his creators and his eventual arrival on Earth - including an early brief encounter with Darkseid plus a clash with the Green Lantern Corps. I'm thinking of trying to track it down.
