Scene starts with Oliver and Diggle storming Cayden's hideout. Cayden knows

"We almost have proof that I didn't kill your son!"

Cayden doesn't believe them

Cayden will detonate a bomb at midnight as justice for his son

There's only 4 hours left

Felicity and Alena are fixing a footage? The footage of Oliver killing Cayden's son

Cayden wants his team to leave before the bomb goes off and the ransom will be split among them. Promises to give some safe passage out of the city

Flashback to Cayden in Helix 16 months ago

He's hacking some black market thingy

Alena is a new recruit. She appears to be a fan of Cayden

His son, Owen is a college basketball player

Cayden missed the game. He is also divorced(?)

Cayden promises to be in the finals tomorrow night

Mayor's office or precint (not sure what) in panic

Oliver thinks the bunker is the only place that could survive the blast

Is he implying that he'd bring the citizens there?

Dragon thinks Cayden doesn't want them to leave because the said safe passage hasn't arrive yet. BS agrees

Dinah is aggressively hunting for BS. She wants to murder BS. She doesn't care about the bomb and the city

Video footage was decrypted or whatever you call it

Cayden's son was killed by some Carl Iskoff/Iskov whatever. An assasin who doesn't use a bow but is using one in the footage. They theorized that maybe it was by request to frame Oliver.

The assassin was assassinated after killing Owen lul

Team found Cayden. He's far away from the city

Oliver: "I have an idea"

Flash drops off Oliver and Diggle in front of Cayden's car

They show Cayden the actual footage of Owen's murder

Cayden says that it has the same tech that was used to frame Oliver as Green Arrow in S06E01

Guy who uses that tech appears to be someone inside Cayden's team

Cayden orders Oliver and Diggle to find Dragon, BS and Anatoly

Felicity and Alena can't track them. Oliver agrees that they need the newbies help

BS is packing up, She has a picture with Sonuvabich. Or is this E-1 Laurel?

Dinah arrives. Cat (Canary? lol) fight ensues

Sonuvabich arrives. Dinah blasted him

Oliver arrives capturing both BS and Dinah

Flashback

Cayden's about to head out to see his son's game

Alena stops her because she knows that ARGUS has Cayden's scent and it's not a good idea to go outside

CCTV in precint shuts down

Dragon enters the precint

He said something about Arclight helping in thinning the herd

Dragon stabs Cayden in the neck with a knife that looks like a Kunai or maybe a short knife

Cayden dies

where Barry is at the moment, I have doubts that "Flash drops off Oliver and Diggle in front of Cayden's car" will happen. Unless this is confirmation that Barry gets out next week.

On the Siren redemption arc, i am actually cautiously optimistic about it all.. BUT the one thing i really hope, is that Thea puts on the red arrow costume again!!!

I'm actually really curious as to what the play is here, Quentin just constantly gonna be losing daughters?

I really like Dinah Drake, and I really just have a problem with this arc for her but the actress I like a lot better, but siren is definitely redeeming for Katie Cassidy.

So I'm at a stand still, maybe they both die, and we get a 3rd...

Episode starts with Oliver questioning the police captain about Cayden's mysterious death

She says some inmate killed Cayden thinking it's his mother lol

Oliver returns to city hall where he is questioned by a lot of people about the missing money. I think they're city officials? I don't really know anything about politics

They said that the city is about to shutdown because of lack of funds

Oliver promises to have the money in 48hrs

Oliver heads back into his office where an accountant arrives with Dinah

The accountant says that the money has been withdawn by someone

Oliver: "Do we know who?"

Dinah: "No, but I do have three guesses"

The bank protects their client's privacy and says that they will not show their CCTV footage so Oliver asks Felicity for help

Newbies are looking for the Dragon and friends, can't find them

The accountant returns to Oliver. Says that the bank now gave the CCTV footage. Probably from Felicity

From CCTV: BS is shown wearing a stupid wig walking inside the bank with a briefcase

Sonuvabich is with BS in like a cabin house thingy

Back in the mayor's office, Oliver, Thea and Sonuvabich talk about what happened to BS after she got shot. Sonuvabich tells them that he doesn't know.

Cutis has a new toy called "sonic something" that tracks BS signature(?) The toy released a hologram that shows what happened to BS after she got shot. They noticed she was being dragged. Rene notices some tire tracks

Sonuvabich brings some soup to BS. Says it's Laurel's fave.

Team OG starts searching for BS. They went to the same place the Newbies did. They saw some shoe prints. Felicity's tablet recognized it as Dinah's. They think Dinah kidnapped BS and is planning to kill her.

Team OG arrives in Helix Newbie's base. They got into some arguments

Rene pisses off Oliver. Oliver points an arrow at Rene's throat. Diggle shoots at some gas pipe making Dinah and Curtis cough maybe 3 times. Team OG leaves. Newbies are mad lol

Plot twist: Rene did it on purpose. He put an audio device on Oliver's costume

Thea visits Sonuvabich in his cabin house thingy, she saw BS

Thea thinks the city comes first. She called Oliver

BS says she wants leave the country. She's scared of Dinah lol

Newbies heard it all. They tailed Team OG. Team OG noticed. Felicity finds the audio device and throws it out of the van. Newbies are mad lol part 2

Team OG arrives in the cabin house thingy.

Sonuvabich thinks BS needs protection. Oliver demands to have the money first because she doesn't trust BS. BS wants to run away first.

Sonuvabich sides with BS. He thinks she's telling the truth and wants her to have a life outside the country

Curtis thinks he can follow Team OG using Diggle's chip but it would hurt him.

Dinah doesn't give a flying ****

Team OG starts preparing for BS' safe passage

Diggle's arm started aching like that 'Must not fap' memes

Felicity restarted the chip. She's mad lol

Team OG told BS and Sonuvabich to go. Newbies arrive

Felicity is mad at Curtis for doing that to Diggle and their proprietary chip

Oliver: 'Not one more step'

Rene steps

Fight ensues

Sonuvabich and BS escapes. Dinah on pursuit

Dinah catches up. Hits Sonuvabich a couple of times

Rene and Curtis lost to Oliver

Dinah's about to do the same thing BS did to Vigilante

Curtis arrives and uses Talk no Jutsu on Dinah

Dinah: 'You know I have to'

Some more Talk no Jutsu and Dinah drops BS

BS blasted everyone away. She escapes

Team OG arrives and puts a collar on Dinah

Rene arrives. He's wounded and bloody

Team OG is back in the bunker. Thea worries about Rene because his wound from S06E01 opened

Sonuvabich believes BS will call back about the money

Curtis and Dinah is in the hospital and is worried about Rene

After Rene is healed they will hunt BS

Dinah thinks that maybe violence is not justice. Curtis' Talk no Jutsu is super effective

Oliver announced to his officials that the money is still missing

Oliver: 'I failed this city'

Some DA arrives to talk to the police captain about wanting to bury Oliver

Says he has proof but he needs the SCPD's full resources

Police Captain: 'I can see why Mr. Diaz likes you'

Doctor says that Rene suffered some traumatic hemothorax says the bleeding stopped but his lung re collapsed

Rene is to be transferred outside Star City

Felicity and Diggle arrive in the hospital to visit Rene. Dinah and Curtis didn't let them.

'We're done with the 3 of you. Period.'

Some unknown place with a random guy

BS arrives bleeding from a gunshot wound

BS: 'I don't know what day it is'

Random guy: 'Are you okay?'

BS: 'I just escaped. I was kidnapped 2 years ago, I think'

Random guy: 'What's your name?'

BS: 'Laurel, Laurel Lance'

Starts with Thea entering Oliver’s office with his lawyer

They come with good news. Lawyer says she can get the accusation dismissed

She says that the evidence is tainted since the evidence came from Cayden

Oliver can’t/want to believe it

Sonubavich arrives with some bad news. He tells them about Laurel

Oliver gave him a mixed look of not this **** again and I’m done with this ****

They arrive at the police precinct. BS is being interviewed by a bunch of paparazzi

She tells them how she escaped after being kidnapped and kept drugged

She also tells them that it was Darhk who took her

They ask her why she was kept prisoner. She said maybe it was to torture the GA

Reporter: “So you know who the GA is?

Oliver approaches her

BS hugs Oliver

BS: “I thought I’d never see you again”

She saw Sonuvabich

BS: ‘”Daddy! Daddy!”

Paparazzi asked her if Oliver is the GA. She didn’t answer

They walked away from the Paparazzi and talked in private

Oliver: “Why did you do it?”

BS: “You said I should be like Laurel. Thought I’d give it a try”

Oliver (or Sonuvabich): “Where’s the money?”

BS: “I went back and it’s gone”

They asked who killed Cayden and framed Oliver. She didn’t answer and wants them to protect her

BS blackmails Oliver by saying she’ll tell everyone he is GA

Oliver and the police captain talks

Captain says she can help bring some money in

She says she wants to auction some of SCPD’s seized items. probably from criminals

She says it can raise as much as 30M. Oliver accepts it

Dinah talks to the police captain

She asks if she could be assigned to the investigation regarding Laurel’s return

Curtis visits Zoe. He tells her that Rene’s gone

Oliver, his lawyer and DA is talking to some supreme court looking officials

Oliver’s lawyer wants the case dismissed. They didn’t allow it since the DA says they have a new witness

Roy Harper

OG Team wants to know what Roy knows and where he is

They locate him in some hotel

BS is in the hospital. Sonuvabich visits her

BS: “Is mom coming to visit or something?”

Sonuvabich brings some of Laurel’s old clothes. Says she needs to wear Laurel’s style

BS: “You call this style?”

Dinah is outside watching from a window

Dinah talks to the doctor who examined Laurel before

Doctor said she’ll conduct a DNA analysis to find out if Laurel is an impostor

Sonuvabich tells Dinah to give BS a chance

BS disappears while they’re talking. Some police took Laurel. Says he’ll bring her to a safe house

BS: “Where are you taking me?”

Police: “To see Mr. Diaz”

Oliver and Diggle arrive to the hotel

They see Roy being interrogated

They left. Says they’re only there for surveillance

BS was brought to Anatoly

BS: "This doesn't bother you?"

Anatoly: "I'm not sentimental. I'm Russian"

Thea wants to help in rescuing Roy

She's back as speedy

Oliver shot some fireworks to distract the hotel guards

Thea heads for the vents

Thea saw Roy getting tortured

Oliver doesn't want Thea to help Roy because she won't be able to fight all of the guards

The police guarding Roy went out for some burgers

Thea enters

Roy: “Is that my hood? It looks good on you”

They kissed. ?

SCPD SWAT team arrives

Thea and Roy can’t make it out in time

Thea: “I can’t lose you again”

Thea tries to take on the whole SWAT team alone

Oliver snags Thea like a tuna lol

Oliver: “We will get him back”

Roy is bleeding internally

Team figured out that Dragon is behind all this. Including his corrupt cops and politicians

Guards are now moving Roy to a new safe house

Dinah is still looking for BS

Oliver talks to Dinah and Sonuvabich

He tells them about Cayden and Dragon

Oliver wants Sonuvabich and Dinah to figure out how deep it goes

Oliver also asked Dinah to put her vendetta on hold

Anatoly delivers BS to Dragon

Dragon is in some fight club area. He’s fighting some guy

He’s using some generic arrow movements. I’m not sure how I’d feel about that

Dragon beats him

Dragon: “You’re as good as they say you are”

Dragon: “Did you know that fighting with your fist is not the same from fighting for your life?”

Dragon: “Break your bad habits”

There are also guys around the ring watching. All of them seems to be fighters

Dragon gave the guy a wad of cash

Anatoly: “That’s a lot of money for someone with bad feet”

Dragon: “I didn’t break it. I just need to break him”

Dragon: “We’re building a family, Anatoly. Isn’t that what the Bratva means, brotherhood? See family, they rely on one another. Family trusts each other. When a family does well, each member prospers. But if just one person(points at BS) betrays that family... Gives us the room! Move!”

Some talk between Dinah and Dragon. Dragon is mad that BS took everyone’s money. I think it was implied that Dragon took all the money from BS?

Dragon: “I see all. I know all. I control it all. I’ve been working on this for months. You see, Cayden is a small piece of a much larger puzzle.. and so are you”

BS tells Dragon that she wants out of the city. She’s still scared of Dinah

I guess they agree to be allies again?

OG Team with Thea intercepts the van carrying Roy

Van is empty. It’s a decoy

Roy is with Dragon

Some Olicity scenes. Also some talk about giving Diggle the hood

Dragon: “You wanna join my team?”

Roy: “Sure. You offer medical and dental?”

Dragon wants Roy to testify

He blackmails Roy with Thea

Dinah and Sonuvabich talks about the fake cops

They have a temporary ceasefire because of the corrupt cops

BS arrives

BS: “Please let’s not do the whole screaming thing because the only thing fathers gonna do is renovate the apartment”

BS came to talk about Dragon

Thea and Oliver scenes in the bunker

Oliver thinks Thea should go with Roy once this is over. Says she deserves to be happy

Diggle tells team about BS

BS tells them about Dragon’s plan. Oliver doesn’t believe her

BS says she’ll take them to where Roy is

She says she wants to start acting like Laurel

OG Team arrives to where Roy is

Felicity guides them

Dragon knows they arrived. His men welcomed them

Oliver and Diggle: “GGEZ”

A police officer arrived in the scene. Not sure if they’re the corrupt ones

OG Team reaches Dragon and Roy

Dragon: “I love it when you visit me, Mr.Mayor”

More of Dragon’s men arrive

Thea fought most of them with a katana

Oliver and Diggle have this continuous shot of fighting Dragon’s goons with a single arrow

The cop earlier is a corrupt cop. He alerted the whole SCPD

Dragon and another guy throws Roy in back of a van

Thea arrives and shoots Dragon and the other guy

She hits Dragon’s leg but Dragon pulls it out and throws it back

Fight ensues

Oliver and Anatoly fights

Oliver: “So you’re just a hired hand?”

Anatoly: “I used to be Pakhan. You cost me that”

Oliver puts Anatoly to sleep

Dragon defeats Thea. Oliver arrives

Oliver orders Thea to drive the van and get Roy out

Oliver: “I got Diaz”

Dragon: “No, you don’t. You know that, right?”

SCPD cops arrive. Oliver escapes

They treat Roy’s injuries in the bunker

Anatoly is arrested but is released instantly

Oliver visits BS

He still doesn’t like BS

Oliver: “You’re not Laurel”

BS: “I’m not but I’m willing to try”

The whole scene looks like a scene from S1-2. Kinda feels nostalgic

BS receives a text from Dragon: good work

Roy is in Thea’s loft. They have sex

There’s a LOA archer watching them lol creepy

LOA: "Master, I have found the heir of Ra's al Ghul"

Personally I would rank them as from best to worst

Not a fan of this season really but its no as unbearable like seasons 3 and 4

I think my only issue this season is that they are trying to redeem BS - yet, because nobody knew "damien darkh" "ras" "slade", nobody really tried to redeem them to the same extend their trying to redeem BS.

It's an enjoyable season that feels like its laid out very differently than other seasons, with a lot more stories that instead of one large over-arcing story, which is a nice change of pace instead of just having the big bad be the center of attention the whole season.

I do wonder what happens after this season, as I do imagine they will have a big shake up for next season in terms of characters, and I do think Willa will be gone after this season only making special appearances going forward (hence why they bring Roy back.)

Also wonder, what Richard Dragon's enter plan will be, why he wants too take hold of the city.
