Premise: I tried to reconcile year(s) of production with internal logic/intended purpose for all films and TV shows based on DC Comics superheroes, in order to delineate possible “Cinematic Earths” where some versions of established superheroes co-exist.

I feel that Brandon Routh's Superman technically is part of the Donnerverse. In other words, Brandon Routh's Superman and Christopher Reeve's Superman are actually supposed to be the same Superman within the continuity of the movies. While I can understand the idea of separating by actor, I think that splits things up too much.

Meanwhile, the current Flash show indicated it was earth prime.

Solid.

It'd be nice if they made COIE with some of this in mind.

It's too bad Routh couldn't headline a separate DC movie slate. I like what they have going now but I'd be happy for disgruntled DC fans that want more of a different formula.

Was Superman returns pretending that Superman 3 and 4 never happened? I forget.
