I stopped reading soon before war with atlantis, but i really liked it, how was the rest of Johns run on Aquaman?

Throne of Atlantis was amazing. I was only reading Justice League at the time and that story is what got me to pick up what I missed of Aquaman and keep going on it. I think back to those arcs prior to Throne of Atlantis, and while I loved them, they feel very simple compared to what's come since then.

They're pretty epic.

Well damn. Manapul was the main reason I was reading the book. Though the next creative team could be even better.
