Guys, I open a thread just to ask my question because I can't find a f***ing clear answer anywhere.

I've read GL Emerald Dawn I (Hal Jordan gets his ring).
The book following this is GL Emerald Dawn II (Sinestro's trial).

GL The Road Back is supposed to happen some years afetr (Hal on the road, John and Guy present fighting the Mad Guardian).

What's the 4th volume ? Is there a 4th volume ? Is it GL New Dawn ?
There's a volume with Hal and Sinestro fighting to death and Hal becoming Parallax.
A new dawn seems to be the first issue of Kyle Rayner as Green Lantern.

Did anyone read that stuff ? Or know that stuff ?

We're currently on Volume 6 of Green Lantern since it was restarted as part of DC Rebirth.

Hal turning on the Corps (later retconned as the Parallax infection) and killing Sinestro (actually just a clone that the Guardians created to stop Hal) happened as part of the Emerald Twilight storyline that ended with Green Lantern Vol. 3, issue 50. A New Dawn picks up with Kyle as the last remaining GL, issue 51, after Jordan absorbed the entire Central Power Battery and Ganthet gave Kyle a ring created after the CPB was absorbed.

Volume 4 picks up after the end of GL 181. Guy had been revealed to be Vuldarian (the Warrior) and John had a ring given to him by Kyle Rayner after John had been a Darkstar, paralyzed, then healed by Jordan/Parallax prior to Jordan reigniting the sun during Final Night. Jordan was the Spectre host at the time, co-existing uneasily with Parallax, and GL:Rebirth is about Jordan's soul separating from both entities, rejoining his body, then Hal reuniting with the Earth Lanterns to battle a Parallax-infected Ganthet.

The story can get somewhat confusing because the Lanternverse has gotten so big, not to mention DC's reboots making the continuity muddled in certain places, that it's a great deal to digest. GL readers aren't completely sure about where some events stand post-DC Rebirth.

Pretty sure you're looking for Emerald Twilight.

Mmh I think you're right.

Ok thanks ! But you misunderstood. Sorry, I was maybe not clear enough. By "volume4" I meant the 4th book.
Anyway, I knew part of that. But not WHAT begins WHEN. Yeah it's confusing I can't understand what follows what or if it's part of the continuity (back then) or not.
I think the TPB called "GL New Dawn" contains Emerald Twilight AND a New Dawn.
Can't find a cheap version of it. Thanks for the help.

Just another question, there is absolutely no GL Mosaic TPB ?!
Lantern Venom : Mosaic comes right after "A road back", right ?

I think I understand what you're saying.

That period of Green Lantern is real spotty when it comes to collected editions.

A new TPB called "Green Lantern: Kyle Rayner vol. 1" collecting the first bunch of Ron Marz's run with Kyle comes out later in October of this year.

A TBP called "Green Lantern Vol. 1" also came out earlier this year collecting both Emerald Dawn I and II. A second volume collecting the first 12 issues of Green Lantern Vol. III by Gerard Jones was initially solicited but subsequently cancelled because Gerard Jones was arrested for allegedly possessing child pornography.

So while we're likely to get a steady stream of Kyle-related GL books in more thorough collections, we're likely never going to see thorough collected editions that lead up to Kyle becoming G.L. or even a collection of Mosaic any time soon.

Vol 3.'s narrative is in and out of numerous books and there are some stories in the Annuals (and some one-shots) that are out of continuity.

Unfortunately, there is no current collected edition of Mosaic.
