1. Ignore the movies already made and start again.
2. Make it more light-hearted in tone as with the MCU.
3. Don't make Superman and Wonder Woman dark (seriously, they're supposed to be light and fun).
4. Recast Lex Luthor as somebody whose actually bald.
5. Produce films based on more obscure properties, as Marvel does brilliantly.
6. Fire Zack Snyder and replace him with Peter Jackson.
7. Get Steven Moffat onboard to write a fun Superman movie.
8. Set up each superhero individually in their own solo movies, before bringing them together.
9. Don't bring them together before a Justice League movie.
10. Don't set up a rivalry between Batman and Superman if it's going to end with them agreeing to work together because their mothers share the same first name. It's a stupid idea.
