Iron Man: Legacy

I wrote a story idea for an Iron Man 4. After the events of Avengers: Endgame, Harley still mourn the death of Tony Stark. He later moves to San Francisco when his mother got a new job offering, while starting a new life, he meets Cassie Lang who start he start having feelings for. One night, when Harley got into with her ex and her friends, a future version of himself, Kang saved him from the bullies. Then he shows Harley his future that he would be able to have the power to stop time and conquer the universe. He refuse to accept this future, and change his armor that Kang gave him to an Iron Man like suit. After telling his new friend, Alvin what happened he showed him his Iron Man suit and they test it out. Harley start using his armor for saving people and the media calls him the city's Iron Man. Harley finds Peter Parker who is under witness protection service from SHIELD after being exposed by Mysterio. The two got to know each other and talk about how Tony meant to them. Riri Williams from another universe comes to their world to capture the villainess Madame Masque. Harley has to stop a maniac villain, Zeke Stane, the son of Obadiah Stane.

Just because Harley Keener has been put forth as a potential "Iron Lad" and the comic-book "Iron-Lad" was a young version of Kang doesn't make Harley suitable to be a young Kang.
Kang is a descendant of Reed Richards from the future, and it would seriously dilute his character to have him be a grown up Harley Keener.
...and why does Riri Williams need to be from another universe? She's not Spider-Gwen.
All seems like the product of some half-assed research to me and not an idea based on knowledge of the characters.
