I wasn't quite sure where to put this, so it's going here.
Imagine this: You've been commissioned/hired to reboot the Legion for both comics and a simultaneous television series, but you don't have access to the characters of Superman, Superboy (Kon-El), Supergirl, or any variation of those characters, meaning that you have to find a way to bring the team into being without using those characters.
What do you do?
