hello gents i was wondering if anyone out there could maybe animate or paste or photoshop a little santa hat on the dog in this picture for me

yes folks it truly would be a happy holiday if someone could come through for me please...

also as an aside if there is anyone out there who has any experience or ahs dabbled in making dvd cover art, either for fun or w/e speak up, as i have been inquiring for some help on some art i've been putting together, that quite frankly blows...
