"This year's Spike VGX will be live-streamed online for three hours on December 7, kicking off at 6pm ET/3pm PT. The show will have a slightly different format than usual, with a stronger focus on interviews and next-gen demos, but of course all the usual world-premiere game trailers will be present and accounted for."

Anyone looking forward to the show this year? I've watched the VGAs since 2008. I think it could be better, but I do find it to be entertaining. The exclusive premiers are usually really cool.

Good choices,Can't wait for the reveals of new games and especially maybe an extended trailer for Uncharted 4

Three hours eh? If Spike's PS4 event is anything to go by then I guess that means an extra hour of commercials.

All those categories and not one nomination for Soul Sacrifice :(

I fully expect the 4th Arkham game to be announced.

I kind of wish the Best Voice Actor section had been nothing but Troy Baker nominations just for hilarity's sake.

Me Too.

A little bit sad that Arkham origins isnt nominated more........it deserved at least one when it comes to the soundtrack.

Last Of Us already has it locked I suspect.

I expect Fallout 4 to be announced.

Fallout seems likely. It's been two years since Skyrim came out. I'm also expecting some kind of trailer for the new Mass Effect. I expect we'll see some more Metal Gear as well.

Don't forget VGX is on tonight 6PM EST, or 5:45 if you want to check out some new Thief footage.

I will check it out early to see new Thief footage for sure.

Oh ****, I forgot that was tonight.

Now I'm relieved to see they are making Thief a non action type of game. I'm glad they are staying very true to the core mechanics of stealth, and penalizing run/action type of gameplay. Rare in this industry anymore that people stick with the more difficult route.

This will be a must get.

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of stealth games, I only have the Batman games and MGS1-4 on my resume, but this looks very fun.

Thief: The Dark Project/Thief II: The Metal Age are some of my all time favorite games, the core gameplay mechanic is heavily stealth based, more so then MGS. The original two are classics.

Thief II was fantastic. I know a lot of purists look down on it, but I liked the third one a lot as well.

You need some more stealth in your life. Just going around shooting **** is getting tedious.
