Universal Takes Agent 13, Charlize Theron to star

Following the first word of the project yesterday, Variety reports that Universal Pictures has snagged the rights to Agent 13, a sci-fi action film that will star Charlize Theron and will be directed by Rise of the Planet of the Apes helmer Rupert Wyatt.

No plot details are currently available for 13, but the pitch is said to be a hot commodity and arrives from screenwriting newcomer T.S. Nowlin.

Charlize is always good and I've been looking forward to seeing what Wyatt makes next after the quality job he did with Rise.
