I use a program available on voipcallrecording.com to record Skype conversations. Audacity is good for recording single source audio.

Also sound recorder... The only downside is that it records in WAV or WMA.

Another stupid question. So can I just record myself on those, because Pamela's thingamabob is only for calls.

You could just use Talkshoe
