Which actors should Marvel recruit or which actors should Marvel have recruited?

I want Marvel to cast John Hawkes as a villain. I'm not sure which one, but that dude has an intensity that's tough to match. I just saw Three Billboards last night and he's only in two scenes, but he's amazing in them.

Dylan O'Brien and Logan Lerman. Dylan for Torch and Logan for Iceman. It's too in the face.
