Rumors comment whe might get to see individual movies before ''Justice League of America'' (I Could live with that, but only if they we're really good). So, here, you'll write what you would want to see on them. The contenders are:

. Wonder-Woman.
. The Flash.
. Green Lantern.
. Green Arrow.

Write the plot, the list of character and how it would tie with the upcomming JLA movie. :cwink:

I love your hip writing style, lol.

Very messy post ahead, but it’s basically my thoughts and an outline on what I’d probaby do with a GL film heheh.

GL film -

First they have to figure out what it will be about. It looks like they’ve done that, they want it to be an origin. Good choice I say.

As mentioned by some, who does he fight? Most people will say Sinestro, his arch-nemesis. Another good choice, but they have to consider that that will be an awful lot to cram in the first film. Sinestro didn’t meet Hal until later in his career as GL, a little after he actually became GL. There’s no reason why they couldn’t save that for the second film, but if they do it in the first film I suppose that’s fine. So, if they’re going to do Sinestro and the origin, the film has to be at least as long as TDK.

I suggest doing the film from mostly Hal’s point of view. I thought it would be cool if they started the film with OA and Abin Sur and the Gaurdians, kinda like the first Superman film started with Krypton, but then I thought it would be better for the audience to witness all that grandeur when Hal sees it. When Hal sees OA for the fisrt time and the GL Corps, the audience needs to be as taken by it as he is. So it’s important, especially since this will be the audiences’ first exposure to the GL mythos, that they learn of this stuff as Hal learns of it. They shouldn’t be aware of it beforehand. Relatability, my friends. I’ve always thought that the GL story was what you’d get if you crossed Superman and Star Wars together. This has gotta be a freakin’ huge movie. I suggest they start the film with Hal as a kid (probably 9 or 10) and establish that his hero is his dad, who is a test pilot. Hal wants to fly a plane when he grows up just like his dad. He’s his father’s kid . He skips out on school to see his dad flying his plane like he typically would - tho it’s the last day he would ever does that. His dad dies in a plane crash before Hal (and the other spectators’) eyes. Hal’s mother forbids him from ever going near a plane again. She is afraid and doesn’t want him to be a test pilot like his father. Hal is crushed. Since his father died his older brother, Jack has now become the man of the house and gets a job. He thinks Hal is always giving his mom stress and is hostile to Hal because of that. Hal’s younger brother, Jim, is over cautious and also worries for Hal. Hal still wants to be a pilot. On his eighteenth birthday, Hal leaves his home and joins the air force. Years later, Hal is a test pilot in the USAF. His mom refuses to see him as longer as he’s flying. One evening Hal recieves some terrible news from his younger brother, Jim - his mom has cancer and is dying. Hal wants to see her, but Jim reminds him about how she f eels about him flying and that even the slightest thing like seeing Hal could cause trauma and her condition could worsen. Hal says this is different, but for their mother’s sake, Jim and Jack won’t let Hal see her as long as he’s flying. Early the next day, Hal takes his plane for a joy ride like it’s his last ride. It is. It’s also the first time Hal doesn’t smile while in the air. he lands the plane and is getting ragged on by his superior officer about how reckless he is and how his jet jockeying the other day destroyed a 30 million dollar jet. All Hal can think about is his brother’s words “mom’s dying”. Hal was never a quitter, so he smashes his superior officer in the face with a left cross and is discharged from the USAF. He gets to the hospital where his mom is at and sees Jim. He tells him that he’s been discharged and he can see his mom now, but Jim tells him it’s too late. Their mom is dead. Hal’s older brother Jack is pissed. he blames Hal and says that he’s a horrible brother and son and blames him for their mom’s death. Hal goes to Ferris aircraft and eventually and becomes a test pilot. All this would have to occur by the first half hour of the film, IMO. Aiiight, by this time, you know the story, the GL Abin Sur is dying and crash lands on earth and summons his ring to seek out a worthy successor, someone who is brave, honest, and has great will power. Hal Jordan is this person. Hal gets the ring from Abin, Abin dies, Hal has no idea what he’s got himself into. He’s been told the ring will do whatever he wills it to and that it is powerless against anything yellow and that it must be recharged every 24 earth hours. Hal commands the ring to fly. He lifts up off the ground slightly and floats. Hal chuckles. He says, “no, ring, I mean ffFLLLYYYYYYYY!!!!” Hal is jerked into the air at a tremendous speed is is coasting thru the sky. Hal lands and tries to keep the ring a secret. A few days later, Hal’s ring takes him into hyperspace to the planet OA for training. He is stunned at what he sees - thousands of GLs. Basically, Hal gets trained, Sinestro, the greatest GL, with the orderliest sector in the universe, is sent to earth to investegate Abin Sur’s death and to further train Hal Jordan. Sinestro takes Hal to his home world, Koruagar. Hal is shocked at what he sees here. The planet is peaceful, but there are GL flags and banners up everywhere. Sinestro has a throne. The people fear Sinestro. Sinestro’s sector is so orderly because he is a tyrannical dictator. Hal brings this to the Gaurdians (creators of the GLs) attention. A battle ensues. Sinestro stands trial for his reign of terror and many other hidden crimes and is banished to the anti-matter world of Qward, home to the GL Corps foes such as the Weaponers of Qward. Sinestro swears vengeance. Sinestro fashions himself a yellow power ring with the weaponers of Qward help (they also hate the GLC) and returns. Sinestro first sets his sie on his replacement GL on Koruagr and kills him or her (I know it’s Katma Tui, but I retconned it a bit heheh). Sinestro kills many other GLs. Sinestro comes to earth and fights Hal Jordan. Hal defeats him, Sinestro is put in a sciencell on OA. Hal flies into space at camera. End of movie.

More crappy, messy posts, this time on the Flash:

Barry Allen - origin.

Start the film with Barry getting hit by lightning/doused in chemicals at lab. After he gets hit, start credits sequence. After credits sequence, go back years earlier to Barry reading comics in bed as a kid. His dad shouts in "is he reading those damn comics again?!". establish that he's slow/late for everything but he's good at school and gets it done. this continues thru his teens. Barry goes to colege and finds his calling - chemistry. he studies forensics. he can take his time. he meets a girl, Iris, a tv reporter. She likes him because he has a good sene of humor, but she begrudges him because he's late for all their dates and slow for evrything. At age 24 he goes to the central city police department and becomes their new forensic scientist. he is laughed at and mocked because of his slow, easy going nature, but he eventually earns all the cops respect by solving cases for them. He's slow and late but does his job well, perhaps the only reason why he's kept it. Iris wants to meet him for a date again but he cancels because he has too much work to do. she is frustrated. barry goes to make it up to her the next day, but is too late because central city PD hot shot detective russo is speaking with her in an interview, and offers to take her out to dinner, she excepts. Russo makes a crack about Barry having his chance and being too slow. Barry is ticked. Barry goes back to the lab to work. A storm ensues and we are now at the familiar scene which the film began with, Barry is hit by lightning/doused in chamicals and gets superpowers, his life up until that point had flashed before his eyes and that's what we were watching for the 20 minutes - first half hour of the film, Barry's life flashing before his eyes. Barry discovers that he has lightning fast reflexes, that he can see faster, think faster, and move faster than anything in the world. Central City has been rampant with crime lately. Later that week iris is doing some reporting at a crime scene. she's held hostage by criminals in a burning building who demand money. barry is watching this on tv at the lab. barry wants to leave but detective russo says he'll save her and that it's up to him, barry's too slow. detective russo and other cops leave to iris aid. barry chuckles and for the first time uses his super speed to save someone. he speeds away, soring past russo and stops the thugs single handedly in a blur and quenches the burning building. detective russo and the other cops arrive to the situation all taken care of and barry allen standing relaxed up against a car. Russo asks how barry got there so fast, barry tells him that he should have waited for him cuz he knew a shortcut. Barry later on decides that it felt pretty good to use his powers to help people, like a superhero. He thinks he could really clean up central city with his newfound powers. he becomes a superhero, he calls himself the flash, a name he took from an old comics hero he read as a kid (the comics were sitting around in his new apartment he just moved into). He becomes the Flash and does lots of superheroing, yada yada yada.....that's all I got

anyhoo, Flash gives Iris the first interview with himself

the rogues are in it (capt cold, mirror master, heat wave, trickster, maybe weather wizard, they each try to off the flash), they are very dark, like batman villains. I've always said that the Flash is a superman type hero but with Batman villains.

try not to laugh too hard at my lame post lol. take it with a heeeeaaaap of salt lol.

Green Lantern - Hal's origin.

I'd loosely adapt Secret Origins. It would be heavily inspired with Geoff Johns run.

Start the five to ten minute prologue on Oa showing the Guardians and a quick glance at the Corps orbiting it in enormous swarms. They could talk about their role in the universe and vaguely about the Blackest Night.

Spend the first 20 or 30 minutes setting up Hal's life. Get the audience to know his status quo. Carol Ferris, his father's death, his job, Tom etc.

When that's established have Abin Sur crash land near Ferris airbase after fighting a mysterious enemy above the Earth. His injuries would be slowly killing him.

He uses his ring to find a candidate to replace him. Cue visual where the ring mentally scans the Earths inhabitance similar to Cerebro. It finds Jordan, whisks him to Abin's location, who gives him a cryptic warning about his killer then dies.

The ring gives Hal the basics of what it can do, who Abin is and the GL Corps. by talking and holograms.

He does routine work as a super-hero. Rescuing people, stopping petty crooks like bank robbers, saving hostages while keeping his non-GL life in order. Carol, Tom and his family feature the most in it.

Just as Hal's getting that hang of the ring Sinestro shows up out of nowhere.

Hal is reluctant at first but goes along with his superior officer.

Sinestro explains that the Guardians sent him to train the rookie on Earth after his partner in this sector was killed while he was on the other side of the solar system dealing with some random threat.

The two solve crimes while looking for Abin Sur's killer. Hal's tries to keep his life in order during it. He does his best to keep Sinestro from interfering.

Over time Hal notices Sinestro using extreme methods for dealing with things. It will be subtle. There will be gray situations that aren't black and white. Hal begins to trust Sinestro and even attempts to follow in his footsteps since he gets better results.

Sinestro brings Hal visit his home world temporarily. This is one of the key points that convince Hal his partner is a psycho due to his tyrannical rule of Koruagar. While there Sinestro reveals the Blackest Night prophecy. How he wants to make the Guardians prepare for the fight instead of attempting to stop it. This is more to build up sequels which deal with the Sinestro Corps War and Blackest Night. Hal doesn't attack here since it won't be entirely bad, more like Doom's Latveria mixed with Equilibrium. This makes Hal sick but he doesn't think he can take Sinestro in a fight yet so he fakes acceptance to buy time to come up with a plan to defeat him.

Later on when they are on Earth Hal is very cautious around Sinestro. Some event occurs where Hal has to attack Sinestro to stop him from hurting innocents. This fight has Hal as the under dog. During the brawl, which would travel all over the world through all different locations from army bases to landmarks to shopping malls causing insane property damage while Hal tries to save innocent bystanders or police and armies who attempt to kill them but just annoy Sinestro, Sinestro reveals he's the one who killed Abin. He secretly hacked into Abin's ring to stop it from recording their fight before murdering him. Sinestro was training Hal to be his ally in the rebellion against the Guardians.

Abin wanted to warn the Guardians about his scheme to launch a coup within the Green Lantern Corps.

He wants to take it over so he could be in control once the Blackest Night occurred.

Hal's ring records Sinestro's confession.

When he defeats Sinestro he takes his ring and transmits a message to the Guardians about what happened.

The last few minutes tie loose ends with the human supporting cast. Their drama during the movie which Hal had to deal with.

When he's on a date with Carol several Corps. members show up, which are lead by Killawog. They tell him to give them Sinestro.

Hal brings them to a warehouse that he keeps Sinestro contained in.

Just as they are about to leave Earth with a complaining Sinestro they ask whether he wants to start his real training as a GL. He can't keep the ring without it. Hal accepts.

The last shot has all the Lanterns flying off the planet to Oa.

GREEN LANTERN:

Abin Sur, the green lantern of the sector 2814 crash land on Earth, severially wounded, and makes his ring find a substitute. The choose one is Hal Jordan, a brave, but rackless test pilot from the Ferris Aircraft. Meanwhile, Carol Ferris's boyfriend Hector Hammond finds a strange meteor among the shattered pieces of Abin Sur's spaceship, that he was send to retreive by the guardians when he got attacked by Legion. The radiation mutates Hammond in a strange creature with mental powers. Drove to madnesse, Hammond tries to destroy the world in his will to get smarter, and Hal faces him, revealing his secret to Tom in the process. Reconizing Hal's courage, the Guardians summon Thaal Sinestro, the best Green Lantern ever know, to train him. Sinestro was actually working with Legion on a plan to destroy the guardians and take control of the corps, so, he could organize them as he sees better.

GREEN LANTERN II:

The Guardians of the Universe determine that Hal Jordan's training requires the expertise of another Green Lantern. Jordan is paired with Sinestro of Korugar, who reportedly has the most orderly of all Green Lantern Corps-controlled sectors. Sinestro grudgingly agrees to further train Hal, and immediately appears during a especial airplane test. Meanwhile, Green Lanterns start to be abducted in several sector, and the duo is summoned to investigate. They end up in Biot, a mechanical planet, home to the Manhunters, robots first used by the guardians before the Green Lanterns. The androids are preparing a big invasion to Oa to steal the central battery and Jordan and Sinestro are captive. While Jordan scapes and fight the planet perils, the guardians decide to summon the substitutes to the emergency. Among then, the arrogant Guy Gardner, that decides to go to Biot alone to prove himself before others. The new duo fights the planet menaces and ends up facing the bit thread: The Manhunter-1, a elder manhunter that keep a battery on his chest and it's extremelly powerfull. There's a big fight between the Lanterns and the Manhunters, and Hal and Guy end up saving Oa. During the crisis, Sinestro lost contact with Korugar and decides to investigate. Worried, Hal follows him and discovers he is controlling the planet with iron fist, and, deceptionated, report to the guardians, that ban Sinestro to the Anti-matter universe of Qward. Before, he swears vengeance. Hal goes back to Earth and reveal his love by Carol, saying he has no time to loose, after the near-death experience in Biot.

GREEN LANTERN III:

Captive in Qward, working as a slave by the armers, Sinestro architects his revenge against Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern corps. Manipulating his slayers, Sinestro makes them build a yellow central battery and, inside if, Sinestro molds for him a yellow ring. The yellow, whe discover, makes the green lantern rings useless and it's feed by fear. Knowing that, Sinestro gets back to the matter universe and put's his plan on action. He finds a special crystal on a lost planet know as Zamaron and goes to Earth, where he attacks and severelly beats Hal, before infectates Carol with the crystal, converting her in a love madness creature know as Star-Shappire. Hal fights Carol, while Sinestro flies to Oa. Guy tries to stop him, but it's also severially wounded. Sinestro invades Oa and kills several Green Lanterns. He intents to destroy the central battery and unleashes Parallax, a creature of pure fear inprisionated by the guardians there many year ago, the reason of the yellow vulnerabillity. Hal finally vanquishes Carol of Star Shappire influence, when Guy summons him. Hal flies to Oa, where he finds Sinestro inside the battery. He goes inside and the two of them fight violently. But Hal's willpower is bigger than Sinestro's and he wins. Sinestro is arrested and send to Takron-Galtos, a space-prison, while his ring is destroyed. Hal and Guy become honor guards. While Guy decides to take a vacation on Mogo, Hal goes back to Earth. But Carol is shocked by the Star Shappire events and don't want to talk with him. Hal reveals his true identity and, after a great talk, they get back together. He goes back to Ferris aircraft and discovers an invitation send by a certain Dark Knight on his locker...
