The Amazing Spider-Man TASM Easter eggs, foreshadowing, and other references!

:highfive:

I really hope that Ultimate Spider-Man gets cancelled.

so, TSSM was produced by sony right, do you think they will take some stuff from the show for the sequel?

I think its definitely possible. They already used one of Peter's outfits in TASM. Someone pointed this out the other day on one of the boards.

i mean like plot, Electro could have an accident with genetic altered anquilas or something (i know they weren´t altered in TSSM),IT COULD WORK:hehe:
or have Peter just with two friends Harry and Gwen (most likely) a more responsable Peter ,Daily Bugle, etc

Speaking of the Daily Bugle, I really want to know who is playing Jameson in this film.

Odds are they will.

ASM itself is pretty much one big easter egg for TSSM.

I never really watched SSM. I want to buy all of the DVDs and do a marathon. Does the show conclude at least?

no..:(...i actually thought that Gwen was going to die at some point..Don´t know why...

Unfortunately no.

It ends with multiple plotlines unresolved, but it is still a VERY good show, and is definitely still worth the watch.

That's unfortunate. I really lost a lot of respect for Marvel/Disney after canceling it and making USM instead.

Difference is the unresolved plots in TASM will be continued in other films.
yes, im aware of that  and i hope it does resolve everything by the end of the trilogy, i hope i can watch TASM and remember all the plots that the first movie left "Unresolved" and continued later

I mean, I'm sure most of the plots will get resolved, as they were intentionally left open.

I say maybe 2 months after TASM. So we can tell that Spider-Man is apart offthe city and fights crime on a regular basis

Most definitely, especially since the sequel will still be set in high school. Best to not have that much time pass at all if Peter's still in hs.

Sony both created TSSM and TASM, so of course they will try to make it as close to TSSm ( which was widely loved).

Even the much loathed (though I liked it) Spider-Man Unlimited Series which originally was gonna be a Spider-Man 2099 cartoon...which would've been amazing

They're not doing a great job then. I already enjoyed TSSM with its first episode, can't say the same about the TAS-M.

Spider-Man Unlimited was okay. I just wished it was concluded, and didn't finish on a cliff-hanger.

:shock

It's a Spider-Man Cartoon....ending on a cliff hanger is a pre-requisite

It could be argued that Spider-Man: The New Animated Series had a conclusion. He quit. I don't know if a second season was planned.
