I get that China's a growing market, but with all their weird censorship and whatnot, I am just vehemently against Hollywood catering to them

Well China has been screwing the US for years and that "stain" you called him, aka YOUR President is actually bringing President Xi to the table for negotiations to improve things...they may get bad before it gets better....we have someone standing up for us now where the rest took advantage..but thats MY 2 cents and stuff like this should be contained within the Politics forum anyway (I stay away from that cesspool area anyway), someone has to stand up for OUR President since I get tired of seeing such garbage thrown at him (not that he needs defending cause he is more than capable of launching a counter attack at all who come at him)

In regards to this thread, here’s the big takeaway that we all knew was coming but is once again confirmed:

And of course what every fanboy has been craving, Fox comes loaded with Marvel’s X-Men universe, which will finally be married with Disney’s own Marvel Cinematic Universe.

What even happened with Inhumans btw? I remember it was speculated that it was originally pulled from the schedule so it wouldn't compete with Indiana Jones 5. Since that at one point was meant to come out around the same time.

And Feige later clarified that he still intended to make it down the road. How far is down the road tho? Id really like to see Inhuman's pop up in Phase 4. I know why Inhuman's was there in the first place to please Ike and get him to green light Black Panther and Captain Marvel. I hope Feige keeps his word and makes it when he's ready.

But with the x-men around the corner they've probably been scrapped entirely especially after the failed tv show.

A lot of people are focused on Namor, but She-Hulk is one I'd really like to see come back. I think that could make a great series on their new streaming service, and I'd be tempted to subscribe just for that.

She-Hulk's place is in the MCU, the only place where she would actually be able to meet and interact with the Avengers and the Fantastic Four. The last thing I want is to see her trapped in the Netflix's Universe of Marvel Characters.

I think SONY characters will take a few years to get back, however Universal is possible.

I would agree, but with Venom making a profit that’s not happening soon. I just hope it doesn’t encourage Sony to try to end their deal with Disney after Far From Home. Eventually I think Disney will get it back because I foresee them continuing to make lackluster products, but it will take a while for them to tank the property enough to be desperate to sell the rights completely.

I think MCU Spider-Man 3 will be called "Spider-Man: Home and Away."

#1 was "Homecoming", because he had come home... or so they thought.

#2 was "Far From Home", because despite being in the MCU, he is still far from truly being home in it.

And #3 as "Home and Away" will mean that he briefly came home, but then is away again. Or they might call it "Leaving Home".
