All characters are made of durable organic metals. Yet, Colossus is considered stronger? Iron clad is older, and has more experience, while Metalhead is the youngest, and can change into any known metal (including adamantium or vibranium)...

Who do you think is the better character overall?

Colossus:
Powers Colossus can transform his body tissue into an organic, steel-like substance that grants him superhuman strength and a high degree of imperviousness to injury. His armored form can withstand ballistic penetration as well as temperature extremes from 70º above absolute zero (-390º F) to approximately 9000º F. Colossus cannot become partially or selectively armored; his body is either entirely converted, or not at all. Even his eyes become steel-like. Through an act of will, Colossus can transform virtually instantaneously into his armored state, and can remain in that form for an as yet undetermined amount of time. Once in his armored form, Colossus remains so until he consciously wills himself back to normal. If he is rendered unconscious, however, he spontaneously reverts to his normal form. In his armored state, Colossus retains his normal human mobility, though his endurance and speed are enhanced. He does not need to breathe while transformed, but it is believed that he could not survive for long in a vacuum.

Ironclad:
Powers
lift 60 tons, possesses steel-hard skin, and
can increase his own weight to an unknown
limit. Although he is not nearly the strength class as the hulk, he has been known to hold his own in a fight.

Metalhead:
Powers Metalhead has the metallo-mimetic ability to turn his body into any metal that he touches. Originally, he was able to transform back into a human, but later, his form became a permanent alloy of metals. Then again, later, he was able to change the metal at will, but not revert to human form.

 This is a character comparison thread, not a "who would win in an all out fight" thread...

Besides, if you don't like the topic... don't read it.... Nuff Said. :marv: :down

I've never heard of Metalhead but his powers sound interesting.

X-Men 2099 came out in the early to mid 90s, and was kind of a futuristic version of the X-Men, but with a different twist. It lasted for a while, but was eventually cancelled. And all of the mutants were from that time, only they ironically had similar powers to the original X-Men.... Which kind of made it a little corny and unbelieveable. In the later issues, the artwork really started to suck, and so did the writing. But he was one of my favorite characters of that book. His personality was similar to Peter's too.

I thought it said Colossus Vs Ironlad for a minute there.

Colossus just beating children.. wud be amusing. but Ironlad did have Armour from the future... so if he learnt to use it, he might be able to kick Colossus' ass.

Wasn't there a video game with the U-Foes as the villains a few years ago?
