Gil Kenan will direct with a script from Gil Kenan & Jason Reitman. The cast of Afterlife will also return.

Awesome! I've read the rumor title is "Ghostbusters: Hell's Kitchen" and Bill Murray isn't likely to return. That said, Ernie Hudson's Winston Zeddemore and Dan Akkroyd's Ray Stantz will lead a new team of Ghostbusters.

Even if it were only a month long shoot it's still unrealistic to keep that December date with all the post VFX work that needs to be done. A summer 2024 release seems more likely.
