1. Both live in the sewer
2. Both are mutants
3. Turtles have shredder, X-men has silver samuri
4. Reporters? april o'neal, peter parker
5. Pizza

I dont think Heroes is a inspired marvel product i mean the characters dont relate to any of the characters we know in marvel... except for some of the names
