Sure Cap is older than Janet in the movieverse but in real life Phfeiffer is a good 24 or so years older than Chris Evans, so I don't expect that they would subject Phfeiffer to such a highly physical role as Chris Evans's Captain America. Evangeline Lilly is Wasp now so Phfeiffer/Janet can be used as team mentor or something.

Pfeiffer was solid with the little screen time she had. I would like to see more of her Janet in the MCU.
