Here's a fan-fiction about the eerie and domineering Mister Sinister, a super-villain from Marvel who seems to capture our basic curiosity about worldly dangers! Thanks for reading,

Mister Sinister had taken control of the modern world and was the head-vampire in a civilization over-run by blood-sucking vanities. Capitalism had become an arena of great competition and globalized terrorism, and the spirit of the times dictated that a master-vampire seize control over the large populace of human-creatures seeking to corrupt the vitality of blood to make life a pageantry of avarice and darkness. Mister Sinister stood atop this mountain of evil and became the head of a global network of piracy, underworld activity, terrorism choreography, and Satanic will. Mister Sinister appeared as a diamond-crested Count Dracula like being of great modern dread.
Mister Sinister commanded a legion of high-ranking politicians and warriors who stretched from D.C. to Singapore. He ordered his minions to rob blood-banks and steal money from druglords and control narcotics realms in British Columbia and manage terrorist outfits linked to ISIS, Cobra, and the PLO. He wanted the blood-banks of the world to be the ultimate civilization totems of vanity and lust. He had many beautiful and seductive female vampires called Sirens who were in his dominion to either work as inside professionals or outside temptresses, enhancing his special schemes to transform institutions into places of undeniable crime.
There were only two superheroes who'd be able to defy the charms and elegance and masterful cunning of the irresistible Mister Sinister. These two amazing Earth characters were Gambit and Lantern who wielded special powers over small explosives and power-ring waves that could hypnotize and distract evil-doers long enough for the two heroes to wrestle them and tie them up or even frighten them with water-guns filled with holy-water. Gambit and Lantern became the last defense for the remaining citadel of humans on Earth who sought special protection from Mister Sinister to create pockets of democratic civility and civil exchange with institutions such as blood-banks. Gambit and Lantern became the medicine-men for the defense of basic diarism in civilization in the new millennium.
As Mister Sinister rallied the forces of terrorists around the globe, he sought to pervert and confound the unique mission of the valiant Gambit and Lantern. His recruited terrorists would pose as non-vampire political freedom-fighters or even daring pirates and then seek to seduce Gambit and Lantern into helping them on their seemingly democratic causes. They'd then seek to destroy Gambit and Lantern and steal their blood to store in the special lair blood-bank Mister Sinister built in his castle in Eastern Europe. In other words, the vampire Sinister had marshaled a legion of masked evil-doers who'd assist him in subverting the sweet-mouth of Gambit and Lantern!
SINISTER: You believe you're daredevils defending humanity?
GAMBIT/LANTERN: We know we're defenders of peace, Sinister.
SINISTER: I'm a master-vampire and control a legion of warriors!
GAMBIT/LANTERN: You're a marshal of hell and nothing more.
SINISTER: Why're you defending the sanctity of blood-banks?
GAMBIT/LANTERN: We care about normal access to institutional dynamics!
SINISTER: You're mindless servants of the status quo.
GAMBIT/LANTERN: We know you want to turn Earth into a vampire lair.
SINISTER: What's so strange about such a scheme?
GAMBIT/LANTERN: Well, humanity preserves the right to champion traditions.
