rop files?

I recently downloaded a file in rop format, never heard of it before. Having trouble finding anything about this type of file and how to open it - anyone know if i need certain software? Thanks

I think they're generated by Microsoft Content Management Server, but that's about all I know.

i googled and i found something to do with spreadsheets. Try excel?

EDIT: If it's text, just convert it to an RTF file and open it with Word.

I ended up finding a program for it - allthough it was in Japanese :S...which opened up the files in a slideshow, very weird.
