Now as far as what the post credit scene and or mid credits scene should be:

A figure is seen watching Batman fight thugs from above on a rooftop. Batman renders each one of them unconscious before leaving the scene. Afterwards, the figure jumps down from the rooftop and walks toward the men who are regaining consciousness. He shoots them all, killing them. The camera pans up, revealing Red Hood. Fade to black.

This film will take place at Batman's early career and you want the post credits scene to show a fully grown back from dead Jason Todd? lmao

No.

I want a self contained story, with no extraneous elements that dilute the story.

Or another idea for a mid or post credits scene and this teases Joker since this film obviously will take place before Joker shows up in the DCEU right, so that being said:

Batman will be seen on a rooftop overlooking Gotham when the Bat Signal is in the sky when he hears Commissioner Gordon calling out to him from behind. Batman gets off the ledge or whatever he's standing on to talk to Gordon. They of course are talking about the crime wave in Gotham but also that there is a new threat in town. Gordon goes into specifics but tells Batman that this guy is leaving hints and clues everywhere in town for Batman to pick up on as Gordon shows him the latest one. A Joker card. In the background we hear Joker's laugh at full blast but we don't see Joker at all. We just hear his laugh while Batman sees the card that Gordon gives to him. Fade to black.
